Guest House
The project is located on the south western section of the Spanish island of Ibiza. The site consists of a number of buildings within the estate all owned by the client.

The idea was to create a space wrapped in layers. These layers -made from walls of concrete, stone, glass and screens of timber and fabric- forms an intimate space protected from views and the sun.

My involvement in the project started shortly after the immediate brief was established, through concept design, detailed design and until tender material production.

The project was published in autumn 2006 in the book "1000 x European Architecture" which includes 1000 projects that form "a representative overview of the latest European architecture".The project has previously been featured in Building Design magazine.
